Roundtable Annual Meeting and Dinner
The Oklahoma Business Roundtable Annual Membership Meeting and Dinner will be held in June at Southern Hills Golf & Country Club, Tulsa, OK. Details to be announced.
Roundtable Sponsored Events & Activities (with OK Commerce Department and other economic development organizations).
The Roundtable works closely with the Oklahoma Department of Commerces business development team. Promotional activities are targeted to global site location consultants, real estate executives and other key corporate decision-makers. Major 2008-2009 Oklahoma events include Corenet Global (real estate) Summits in Orlando and Dallas; the International Asset Management Association (IAMC) in Asheville NC and Minneaplolis; targeted corporate events in Dallas and New York; Bio 2009 in Atlanta and several aerospace conferences/trade shows.
Annual Membership Meetings
The Oklahoma Business Roundtable holds two annual membership meetings. The June business meeting is held in Tulsa and follows the close of the Oklahoma legislative session. The October business meeting is held at the Oklahoma Governor’s Mansion in Oklahoma City. The Governor and First Lady host Roundtable members and spouses for a holiday reception and dinner in November. The Governor, Lt. Governor and Secretary of Commerce participate in all Roundtable events.
