The Oklahoma Business Roundtable, at their recent annual meeting, elected Chris Scully, Dell Technologies, Oklahoma City, as the Chairman of the organization for 2020-2021. The Oklahoma Business Roundtable was founded in 1991 and serves as the state’s key economic development support organization. The non-profit business group works to promote new jobs and investment in Oklahoma through business retention, expansion, start-up and recruitment efforts. There are approximately 160 member companies and organizations. Scully commented, “The Oklahoma Business Roundtable is critically important to advancing Oklahoma’s economy through promotion, expansion, and attraction of new business enterprises. As incoming chair, I look forward to working with business leaders across the state as we invest in the future economic growth of Oklahoma. I look forward to serving the organization and continuing the positive work the Roundtable has successfully achieved.”
Other Officers elected for the upcoming year are: Chairman-Elect/ Vice Chairman, Steve Hendrickson, The Boeing Co., Tulsa; Secretary/Treasurer, Mita Bates, Ardmore Development Authority, Ardmore; and Immediate Past Chairman, Brenda Rolls, Frontier Electronic Systems, Stillwater.
New members elected to the Board of Directors are: Leigh Goodson, Tulsa Community College, Tulsa; Greg Massey, First United Bank, Durant and Oklahoma City; and Rick McCune, Grant Thornton, Oklahoma City.
Continuing on the Board of Directors are: Joseph Cunningham, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Tulsa; Scott Dewald, Rural Enterprises of Oklahoma, Inc., Durant; Dave Kollmann, Flintco, Tulsa; and Dave Stewart, MidAmerica Industrial Park, Pryor.
Ex Officio members are: Mike Neal, Tulsa Regional Chamber of Commerce; Chad Warmington, The State Chamber of Oklahoma and Roy Williams, Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce.
